BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

This step is after your online application meets our qualifications and you have seen the property. If you want to rent, every qualified applicant over the age of 18 must pay a $40 non-refundable fee for a background verification (including credit, eviction, and criminal record).

1. Complete and sign a background verification form.
2. All applicants must provide a copy of a valid driver's license or other valid photo ID.
3. Copies of pay stubs may be required to verify income. If you are self-employed, you will be required to verify your income with copies of tax returns, 1099s, and/or other relevant data. 
   
4. If you have credit issues, let us know. A letter of explanation may help qualify you.
