PAYMENTS

We do not accept personal checks or collect rent payments in person. All rent payments must be paid online using your bank debit card or through Zelle. You can make one-time payments or subscribe to automatic payments. We can also send you an invoice to pay directly through an ACH bank transfer. Rent is due on or before the first of every month.
